Swing-Out Edmonton provides dance instruction for University of Alberta students, faculty, and staff, though ANYONE can join. They provide great dance instruction on the University of Alberta campus, in Lindy Hop, Charleston, Jive, and Blues. Their lessons are certainly a great value!
The Sugar Swing Dance Club provides quality dance instruction in Edmonton to everyone aged 15 to 65, with discounts for members and students. They offer a wide range of classes in Swing, Jazz, African, Lindy Hop, Charleston, Balboa, and Blues on a variety of days.
Sugar Swing also hosts two weekly dance events called Dance Mosaic on Thursday nights and the Sugar Foot Stomp on Saturday nights. Dance Mosaic caters to a wide audience with a mini lesson at 7:30pm, followed by social dancing until 10:30pm.
